Dear sirs,

We confirm ours of yesterday and are since in receipt of your cable accepting our offer, presumably for hard wheat, subject to steamer mid July.

Owing to the serious demand of late for hard wheat, the earliest we can indicate is July/ August but, will do our best to ship during the month of July, without guarantee.

We, therefore, cabled you this day accordingly, and in the event of your acceptance, it will be

necessary for the Credit to cover shipment July / August.

We await your further news.
