Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 22 nd instant and have taken note that you require weekly prices for Syrian cotton.

We will be cabling you each week, probably on Monday or Tuesday unless the price remains constant, in which case, we will cable you the following week.

(19) Certificate of Quality & Weight

We hereby certify that,

We at the request of Messrs.Dalati & Asubbagh, did on the 2 nd June 1962 inspect and supervise the weighing of one lot of sesame seeds, intended for shipment per S. S. "Queen " to Beirut, and marked:

D. S.

The inspection took place at the time of shipment and the port of loading.

The goods were inspected whilst in bulk and during the process of bagging. Representative samples were taken, examined and sealed. One sealed samples was sent to the shippers and one retained by us

for reference.

In our opinion, the goods inspected by us were up to the standard of "FAQ", impurities not exeeding 2 %.

All the bags were weighed one by one on a duly tested scale in our presence and the weights as ascertained by us at the time and place of verification are as follows:

For each bag

Gross: 101 Kgs.

Tare:1 Kg.

Net:100 kg.

For 1000 bags

Gross:101000 Kgs.

Tare:1000 Kgs.

Net:100000 Kgs.

The goods were packed in double jute bags, the outer new the inner second hand.

This certificate is issued on the understanding that it does not relieve
